Ends: Oct-29-2016

Description: Since 2003 Sculptures on the Square, a bi-annual sculptural exhibition, has graced the sidewalks of downtown Troy during the summer months. In May 2015, downtown Troy will once again become the host to a one-of-a-kind sculptural exhibition featuring the work of Seward Johnson. A 25 foot monumental bronze sculpture of Abraham Lincoln and a modern day person will oversee the sights and sounds of historic downtown Troy and the Miami County Courthouse. The sculpture, titled Return Visit, was unveiled for the first time in the Spring of 2014 at Seward Johnson: The Retrospective at the Grounds for Sculpture exhibition in Hamilton, New Jersey. Troy will be the first city in the world to host the monumental sculpture in an outdoor public venue.
